Servers

We are always looking for motivated, experienced, and positive people to join our team. Prior serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant is a must. We expect our servers to provide exceptional service while being knowledgeable about our ever-changing menu, specials, and beverages offered. You must have open availability for weekend shifts. Expectations & Responsibilities:

  • Handle large sections with efficiency and friendliness

  • Ensure each guest feels welcomed and given professional, prompt service

  • Be knowledgable of our wines, beers, and liquors as well as food and nightly specials

  • Stay on task by helping run food and drinks and completing all side work

Host

You are the first thing our guests see when stepping through the front door at Wildwood. We are looking for a friendly, clean, and positive host to greet our guests and provide exceptional customer service. As a Host, you are expected to be able to multitask and have strong communication skills. Being a host is a great place to start if you are looking for a room to grow. We offer flexible schedules with $15 base pay plus shared tips.

Expectations & Responsibilities:

  • Greet guest promptly and politely

  • Multitask the schematic board to ensure those guests are sat quickly while also ensuring the correct flow of the restaurant.

  • Maintain stocking and cleaning of restaurants rooms and common areas

  • Take reservations and to-go orders over the phone

 
 

Bartenders

Wildwood is the place to be in the Pavilions after a long day at work. We are looking for bartenders with experience and a wide knowledge of wines, whiskeys, and other cocktails. Our bar is unique and fast pace so we are looking for bartenders who can handle a large bartop while also handling the well for the restaurant. bussers

As a busser at Wildwood, your expectations are to help ensure the flow of the restaurant runs smoothly while remaining clean, sanitized, stocked, and visually appealing. This includes getting guest water in a timely manner, clearing empty dishes and glasses, and setting up and tearing down the patio. lighting fire pits and heaters. Breaking down boxes and taking out the trash. Bussers at Wildwood are compensated with $15 an hour + Tip share.

Expectations & Responsibilities:

  • Setting up and tearing down daily setups

  • Bringing water to tables

  • Ensuring empty plates are removed from tables promptly

  • Emptying trash

  • Handling dishes with care

BACK OF THE HOUSE

Sous Chef

Expectations & Responsibilities:

  • Direct food preparation and collaborate with Executive Chef

  • Produce High-quality plates, including both design and taste

  • Oversee and supervise kitchen staff

  • Assist with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies

  • Ensure that food is top quality and the kitchen is in good condition

  • Keep stations clean and complies with food safety standards

  • Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the performance of the kitchen

  • Solves problems that arise and seize control of issues in the kitchen

Line Cooks

Expectations & Responsibilities:

  • Use and maintain kitchen equipment, tools, and utensils safely and only for their intended purpose

  • Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies

  • Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces

  • Cook food items by grilling, frying, sauteing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards

  • Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage

  • Performs inventory checks and completes food storage log

Prep-Cook

Expectations & Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine kitchen tasks

  • Follow the prep list created to plan duties

  • Label and stock all ingredients on the shelves so that they can be organized and easily accessible

  • Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and other meal prep

  • Set up workstations Undertake Basic cooking duties

  • Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen

  • Ensure all food and other items are properly stored

Dishwasher

It is important to us and our guests that we provide each guest with clean, sanitary dishes. As a dishwasher at Wildwood, we ask for efficiency, promptness, and care when handling dishes. Expectations & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean kitchen and properly wash dishes and sort soiled dishes

  • Prep food as needed

  • Set up dish station, including machine and sinks

  • Maintain a clean and dry floor throughout the shift

  • properly wash, stack, and store china, glassware, silverware, and cookware

  • Change the water of machines and sink every two hours or more often as required by business levels

  • Assist in timely storing of food deliveries

  • Maintain trash cans throughout shift
